CNA/CMT

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance
• Administer medications accurately and safely in accordance with CMT certification and facility protocols
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, health status, and changes in condition
• Assist nursing staff with clinical tasks and patient care procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and residents
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Follow all HIPAA guidelines, infection control protocols, and state regulations

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification in the state of Maryland
• Valid CMT (Certified Medication Technician) certification required
• Prior experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or assisted living setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of medication administration procedures and documentation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient advocacy skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented demeanor
