Your Role as a Nurse PractitionerAs a Nurse Practitioner, you’ll provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care including:
- Preventive care & health promotion
- Diagnosis, treatment & management of acute and chronic conditions
- Patient education and community-focused care
- Coordination and referrals as needed
You’ll work with autonomy and purpose, supported by a collaborative care team that shares your passion for serving others.

What You Bring- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Active Arizona NP & RN licenses
- Current DEA certification
- CPR/AED certification (AHA or Red Cross)
- Strong clinical judgment & patient communication skills
- Commitment to community health and underserved populations
- Valid AZ Driver’s License
