We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems.
  
  
• Perform system inspections and identify repair or replacement opportunities.
  
  
• Complete accurate service documentation using a tablet.
  
  
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide exceptional customer service.
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle.
  
  
• Follow safety standards and company procedures.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
  
  
• EPA Certification required.
  
  
• Strong troubleshooting, brazing, and soldering skills.
  
  
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  
  
• Basic computer and tablet proficiency.
  
  
• Professional attitude with excellent communication skills.
