LEAD HVAC Service Technician / Installer

We're looking for a strong self-starter with 5+ years of field experience in HVAC service and installation to join our team!

We are an established family owned business that's been serving the area for over 40 years.  We have many long term customers that we value our relationships with, as well as new customers as we continue to grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enjoy working with customers and provide excellent customer service through quality communication.
• Installation and service of HVAC and IAQ equipment.
• Provide estimates and proposals for sales leads via company provided operating system and sales platform.
• Sell projects to maintain install schedule.
• Monitor truck stock to ensure required parts and equipment are stocked.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, company uniforms, and other related company property.
• Electronically submit paperwork related to completion of job duties.
• Experience with ServiceTitan a plus.
• Assist in other business functions as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years minimum field experience with residential HVAC installation and service (not including school).
• Sales Experience
• Proficient in mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Strong problem-solving aptitude 
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be well groomed and have a neat appearance.
• Have a positive attitude.
• A desire to learn and grow in the HVAC industry.
• Have the ability to use smartphones, tablets, and computers.
• EPA certification required, NATE certification a plus.
• Must have physical stamina/capability to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment and/or tools necessary for the job. 
• Must be able to write and speak English clearly.
• Valid Drivers License with clean driving record.
• Agree to drug testing.
