Residential HVAC Service Technician

Location: East Dayton, OH
Compensation: $35 to $45/hour DOE + Commission and Performance Bonuses
Full-Time | Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join a growing team in the East Dayton area. This opportunity offers competitive pay, performance incentives, a company vehicle, tools, and continued training.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, airflow, and refrigerant issues
• Explain system concerns and repair options clearly to homeowners
• Recommend repairs, maintenance plans, and system upgrades based on customer needs
• Complete service calls safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate service records and vehicle inventory
• Provide a professional customer experience on every call

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills
• Experience communicating directly with homeowners
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Dependable, professional, and customer-focused
