About the Role:
SLATECO HEATING AND COOLING LLC is looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Roseto, PA! This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your technical expertise to a company that takes pride in delivering top-quality heating and cooling solutions to the community.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
• Install and commission new HVAC units and components
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for each job
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar service role
• EPA 608 Certification required
• Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
