As the Director of Maintenance, you will lead the maintenance team to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the maintenance team, overseeing daily operations, and providing leadership and training to ensure high-quality performance

• Coordinating and implementing preventative and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize asset utilization

• Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions

• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, protocols, and standards, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities

• Collaborating with other departments to identify and address maintenance needs, and developing and implementing cost-saving initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (n/a)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or related role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools
