Press Operator – Automotive Manufacturing | 1st & 2nd Shift | Long-Term Opportunity
We are hiring Press Operators for a growing automotive manufacturing facility. If you have experience with press machines, stamping, or heavy industrial equipment, this is a great opportunity to join a stable company with plenty of overtime.
This is a full-time, long-term position—not a temp job.
Pay Rates:
- 1st Shift: $16.52/hour
- 2nd Shift: $17.02/hour
Attendance bonuses available

What You’ll Do:
- Operate press machines / stamping presses to produce automotive parts
- Load and position materials into press equipment
- Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Follow all safety procedures and production standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with press machines, stamping, or heavy machinery preferred
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with equipment
- Reliable with strong attendance
- Able to lift, stand, and work in a fast-paced production environment
- Willing to work overtime as needed
