- Install residential heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and mini-splits
- Complete equipment replacements and new installations
- Install line sets, ductwork, venting, and related HVAC components
- Start up and test newly installed systems to ensure proper operation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
- Deliver a five-star customer experience on every job
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Experience installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and mini-split systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read installation manuals and follow manufacturer specifications
- EPA Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
- Full-time
