As a Staffing Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations by managing patient intake, nurse scheduling, and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage patient intake by reviewing referrals, tracking documentation, and maintaining accurate records

• Coordinate nurse scheduling based on therapy timelines and patient needs

• Match and confirm nurses for patient visits and handle coverage adjustments when scheduling conflicts arise

• Communicate professionally with pharmacies, nurses, and internal team members

• Maintain accurate documentation of intake, scheduling, and staffing updates

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced healthcare environment

• Reliable computer and internet access, and a quiet workspace suitable for professional calls

• Consistent availability during core hours (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday)

• Familiarity with HIPAA and handling sensitive patient information is a plus
