We are searching for a positive and enthusiastic Bilingual Recruiter to join our team! This position primarily assists in Human Resources recruitment efforts and takes on the role to help continue bringing in qualified talent. We offer:Competitive weekly payPaid time offFree and low-cost Health Insurance options, dental and vision insurance401k plan, with a generous match of up to 4%Company 100% paid short term and long-term disability and life insuranceResponsibilities: Full cycle recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidatesAssist the recruitment team in building a strong pipeline of candidates in all divisionsMeet with hiring managers on recruitment efforts for drivers, equipment operators, general laborers, sales, customer service, IT, etc. Follow up with candidates and managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruitment processMaintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATSUse job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, and other creative sourcing strategies to find candidatesAssist in translating for Spanish only or ESL candidates/customersQualifications: Bilingual Spanish/English required 1-3 years in a recruitment role preferred Experience in recruiting CDL holders, equipment operators, general laborers preferred Experience working in a high-volume staffing environment (We are growing fast!)Competitive, self-motivated, and driven by results Experience using an ATS software of any kindActive WI drivers licenseAbility to pass a pre-employment DS and background check About Pellitteri Waste Systems, Inc.:Pellitteri Waste Systems, Inc. provides commercial and residential waste recovery systems, as well as confidential document destruction at the customer site.
