NOW HIRING – MAINTENANCE MECHANIC

Location: North Dallas, TX
Pay: $29.00–$30.00/HR
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Employment: Full-Time

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills and a commitment to safety and quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Diagnose equipment problems and make timely repairs to minimize downtime.
Perform inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and preventive maintenance.
Maintain conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, chain drives, and production machinery.
Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical documents.
Perform welding and fabrication as needed.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and inspection documentation.
Respond quickly to production equipment breakdowns.
Follow all safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous Maintenance Mechanic/Technician experience in manufacturing preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Experience with conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and production equipment.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Welding/fabrication experience is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work in various positions for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment.
Ability to work safely around moving machinery and industrial equipment.
