Our Oklahoma City, OK branch is actively seeking enthusiastic Drivers / Window Installers to join our team.Position: Driver / Window InstallerAs a Driver / Window Installer, you will play a key role in supporting branch operations, delivering materials safely, and providing professional window installation services to customers.Responsibilities:Safely deliver building materials to job sites and customer locationsLoad and unload materials for deliveriesEnsure deliveries are accurate and completed in a timely mannerInstall residential and commercial windows according to company standardsMeasure and prepare installation areasEnsure proper sealing, fit, and finishing of installed windowsPerform routine vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of company vehiclesMaintain a safe and organized work environmentProvide excellent customer service at all timesRequirements:Minimum age: 18 yearsValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordMedical Card preferred, but not requiredGeneral knowledge of building industry productsWindow installation experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidateComfortable working at heights (ladders or rooftops)Able to lift up to 80 lbsStrong attention to detail and customer service skillsSchedule:Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:30 pm (hours may vary)Mandatory overtime as requiredCompensation & Benefits:Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits include:401(k) with company match (after 90 days)Health, dental, vision, and life insuranceDisability insuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA) / Health Savings Account (HSA)Paid time offIf you are reliable, hardworking, and eager to grow with a supportive team, CRBS wants you on board!
