Responsibilities includes:
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Restock & rotate food items for following shift
- Prep food for next day
-Weekly Fryer Changing
-Cleaning Line, & Food Storage Areas
Head Line Cook: In addition to above duties, Also in charge of running the line & expediting food orders. Make sure stock gets done by Cooks and rotated properly. Make sure Line is cleaned properly & consistently by other Cooks. In charge of plate presentation & portioning is done properly
