About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, youll be the first point of contact for clients, creating a welcoming, supportive experience both in person and by phone. In this vital role, youll help keep daily operations running smoothly while connecting individuals to the care they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients, answering questions and directing them to appropriate services
• Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, filing, and office coordination
• Collect co-payments, manage deposits, and maintain related financial records
• Support departmental operations and contribute to overall program success

What Were Looking For

• Associates degree (preferred) with clerical/reception or billing experience
  OR
• High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of office/clerical experience (including public interaction; healthcare preferred)
• Bilingual skills a plus
• Ability to type 27 WPM and pass required assessments
