Transport Aide

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Transportation Aide to assist residents with transportation to and from medical appointments, treatments, and other approved outings. This position is responsible for accompanying residents to appointments, providing support throughout the visit, and ensuring a safe and positive experience.

• Accompany residents to medical appointments, treatments, and other approved outings.

• Assist residents with transportation, mobility, and wheelchair transport as needed.

• Ensure appointment paperwork and required documentation accompany residents.

• Communicate appointment updates and follow-up information to facility staff.

• Maintain transportation logs and records.

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and professional assistance to residents at all times.

• Follow all safety, confidentiality, and resident rights policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous healthcare, transportation, customer service, or resident care experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to assist residents with mobility needs.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
