Aspire Senior Living East Prairie, a skilled nursing facility located in East Prairie, MO, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse for our Full-Time Director of Nursing opportunity! About the Role:

As a Director of Nursing, you will oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and support. This is a full-time Director of Nursing position that requires strong leadership and clinical skills, with a focus on promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Director of Nursing Responsibilities:

• Lead by Example: Provide direction and guidance to our nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence and empathy in patient care.
• Clinical Leadership: Oversee the development and implementation of nursing care plans, ensuring that our residents receive comprehensive and individualized care.
• Staff Development: Mentor and train nursing staff, providing opportunities for growth and professional development.
• Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services we provide.
• Admissions and Dispositions: Coordinate admissions and dispositions, ensuring a seamless transition for our residents.

Director of Nursing Requirements:

• Current and Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Missouri

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing

• Nursing management experience as a clinical leadership or supervisory in healthcare

• Required On-call expectations for staff backup and clinical problem-solving
