Fusion Medical Care is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (FNP/PA) who is licensed in Arizona to join our medical practice in a beautiful central Scottsdale. FMC is a primary care practice where conventional and integrative/functional approach for patients well-being is accessible. Our medical facility is dedicated to providing top quality care to our patients of all ages. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and provide appropriate medical treatment for various illnesses and injuries
• Provide comprehensive primary and family care services to patients of all ages
• Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications and transactions according to company policies and procedures
• Supervise Medical Assistants to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
• Evaluate effectiveness of current care methods and procedures and suggest improvements
• Diagnose, prescribe and administer medications in accordance with state and federal statutes
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care
• Perform aesthetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic treatments
• Stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and family practice

Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted AZ Advanced Nurse Practitioner license or Physician Assistant active AZ license
• Experience in preventative/wellness services (BHRTs, IV therapies, aesthetics) is preferred
• At least 3 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Experience in family/primary care medicine
• Experience working in a private family medicine practice is a must
• EClinical experience is preferred
• Experience in functional medicine and aesthetics are preferred
• Excellent communication, bedside manner, and patient education abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred

Compensation will depend on years of experience, level of dedication among other factors.
