Corporate Regional Marketing Director

A nursing home group overseeing multiple facilities is seeking a Corporate Regional Marketing Director to lead census growth and hospital referral development across the Jacksonville, FL market.

This role is responsible for driving regional admissions performance through strong relationships with hospital case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and healthcare partners, while supporting consistent referral flow across assigned facilities.

Responsibilities

● Lead census development and hospital referral strategy across the Jacksonville market

● Build and maintain relationships with hospital case managers, discharge planners, and physicians

● Strengthen and expand referral networks across multiple facilities

● Partner with admissions teams to improve conversion and streamline referrals

● Identify opportunities to grow market presence and increase admissions volume

Qualifications

● 5+ years in healthcare marketing, admissions, or business development

● Skilled Nursing or post-acute experience strongly preferred

● Proven success working directly with hospital case managers and discharge planners

● Experience managing relationships across multiple facilities or a defined territory preferred

● Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
