Registered Nurse (RN)

CareCore at Meadows is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nursing team! If you're looking for a supportive long-term care environment where you can build relationships with residents and make a difference every shift, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Complete assessments and maintain accurate documentation

• Monitor changes in resident condition and communicate with providers

• Supervise and support STNAs and other nursing staff

• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team

• Follow facility policies and state and federal regulations

• Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-focused environment

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
