Branch Administrator – Nurse Registry

We're looking for an experienced, motivated leader to oversee the daily operations of our growing Nurse Registry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, building relationships in the community, and driving measurable results.
As Branch Administrator, you'll be responsible for branch operations, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, business development, and achieving key performance goals that support the continued growth of the office.

What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing branch team.
Oversee daily branch operations to ensure exceptional client and caregiver experiences.
Ensure compliance with Florida Nurse Registry regulations, AHCA requirements, HIPAA, and company policies.
Monitor staffing, scheduling, contractor files, and operational workflows.
Resolve client and caregiver concerns quickly and professionally.
Maintain emergency preparedness plans, incident reporting, and regulatory documentation.
Manage contracts and relationships with lead agencies, managed care organizations, and referral partners.
Analyze branch performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Business Development (2 Days Per Week)
Growing the branch is a key responsibility of this role.
Two days each week will be dedicated to business development and community outreach, including:
Developing relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, rehabilitation facilities, senior communities, assisted living facilities, and other referral partners.
Conducting in-person marketing visits to referral sources.
Identifying new business opportunities and increasing referrals.
Representing the company at networking events and community outreach activities.
Executing growth strategies that increase census, revenue, and community presence.
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
Success in this role is measured through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and branch metrics, including:
Census growth
Revenue growth
New referral source development
Business development activity and conversion
Client satisfaction and retention
Contractor recruitment and retention
Regulatory compliance and survey readiness
Timely documentation and reporting
Budget management and operational efficiency
Achievement of quarterly branch growth goals
Meeting or exceeding established KPI and metric goals makes you eligible for our quarterly performance bonus program, rewarding branch success and operational excellence.
Qualifications
In accordance with Florida Statute 59A-18.006, candidates must be:
A licensed Physician, APRN, or RN; or
An individual with healthcare administration training and at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
Preferred qualifications include:
Leadership experience in a Nurse Registry, Home Health Agency, Healthcare Staffing, Hospice, or related healthcare setting.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience using KPIs and performance metrics to drive operational success.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare software.
Ability to qualify for an AHCA Level 2 Background Screening.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally for marketing and business development.
