Full Time Day. Full-Time Night

12hrs Shifts + Rotating Weekends

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to our residents. As a key member of our healthcare team, Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, promoting a positive living environment, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians

• Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the healthcare team and family members

• Educate residents and their families on disease management, medication use, and other health-related topics

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services

Requirements:

• Current Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) License

• Current CPR Certification

• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
