Vision Ford Lincoln is looking for a customer-first, detail-driven Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team! You’ll be the trusted guide for our customers—helping them understand their vehicle’s needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring every visit is smooth, efficient, and positive. ????✨

Your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and create confidence will directly contribute to the level of service our customers expect from the Vision brand. ????

???? What You’ll Do:

• ???? Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and care
  
• ???? Listen to concerns and document repair needs accurately
  
• ???? Translate technical information clearly and honestly
  
• ???? Keep customers updated throughout their vehicle’s visit
  
• ????️ Collaborate with techs to ensure timely service
  
• ???? Upsell maintenance plans, warranties & service specials
  
• ✅ Finalize repair orders and ensure full customer satisfaction
  
• ???? Follow up after service to build long-term relationships

Requirements

???? What You’ll Need:

• ????️‍♂️ Prior Service Advisor or customer service experience (preferred)
  
• ???? Strong communication + problem-solving skills
  
• ???? Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with ease
  
• ???? Basic understanding of vehicle systems and repairs
  
• ???? Comfort with computers and DMS (CDK, Reynolds, etc., a plus)
  
• ???? High school diploma or equivalent (some college a bonus)
  
• ???? Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
