Automotive Service Sales Advisor

As an Automotive Service Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring every customer receives a welcoming, informative, and positive experience. Your ability to connect with customers, recommend needed services, and confidently drive sales will directly impact our reputation and business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greet customers and serve as the primary point of contact throughout their visit
• Maintain an enthusiastic, professional customer experience at all times
• Recommend needed services and confidently ask for the sale
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services to meet customer needs
• Enter customer and vehicle information accurately using computer systems
• Create estimates and invoices for services rendered
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding service recommendations and status updates

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service roles
• Proficient with general computer use for day-to-day work tasks, including entering customer and vehicle information, creating estimates and invoices, and using email
• Experience in a customer-facing role as the primary point of contact
• Experience recommending products or services to customers and asking for the sale (upselling/cross-selling)
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Compensation expectations within $65,000–$105,000
