What You’ll Do

As a QIDP at Phoenix Rising, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our participants receive the individualized care and support they deserve. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing participant plans and goals to ensure they align with individual needs and aspirations.
• Developing and reviewing skill-training programs to foster independence and confidence.
• Training Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide exceptional, personalized care.
• Supervising staff training to maintain high-quality service standards.
• Reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitoring progress toward participant goals and making adjustments as needed.
• Participating in team meetings to collaborate on participant success.
• Completing required supervisory and quality-assurance activities.
• Providing oversight required by the participant's specific service type.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a related field, demonstrating your ability to support individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for reviewing documentation and monitoring progress.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to train and supervise staff effectively.
• A commitment to fostering independence and building confidence in the individuals we serve.
