We are looking for a reliable and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Unit Manager. This position oversees the daily operations of a nursing unit and supports staff to ensure quality resident care.

*Dementia experience is a plus*

Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff on assigned unit

• Ensure residents receive proper care

• Complete and review documentation

• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare team

• Assist with staffing and scheduling

• Maintain compliance with policies and regulations

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing

• Previous nursing experience required

• Supervisory experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills
