West Denver/ Lakewood Area
$25–$30/hour | Approx. 20 hours/week

Upwards ABA is hiring a reliable, compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a priority in-home ABA case in the West Denver / Lakewood / Westminster area.

This is a strong fit for an RBT who lives near West Denver / Lakewood / Westminster and wants consistent weekly hours with supportive BCBA supervision.

We currently have a priority case with approximately 20 consistent weekly hours available. Additional nearby cases may be available in the West Denver / Lakewood / Westminster areas based on location, schedule, client fit, and availability.

Reliable attendance is very important. Families depend on consistent therapy, so we are looking for an RBT who can complete the scheduled hours on an ongoing basis.

• $25–$30/hour, based on experience, availability, location fit, and reliability

As an RBT, you will:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to a child in the home, school, or community setting

• Implement treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA

• Collect accurate session data during sessions

• Support communication, social, play, behavior, and daily living skills

• Follow behavior intervention plans and safety protocols

• Communicate professionally with families, BCBAs, and the clinical team

• Complete required documentation accurately and on time

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Reliable transportation required

• Ability to travel consistently to the West Denver / Lakewood / Westminster area

• Experience working with children preferred

• ABA experience preferred

• Ability to pass required background checks

• Strong reliability, communication, and professionalism
