Your Role as RN Weekend Supervisor

• Oversee staff assignments and resident care per facility policies

• Administer medications and professional nursing services

• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents, coordinating logistics

• Supervise and support nursing personnel, ensuring quality care

• Investigate complaints and report to leadership

• Collaborate with consultants and implement improvements

• Provide nursing reports at shift changes

• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional status daily

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program with current RN license in Missouri

• Leadership ability with willingness to supervise diverse staff
