What You'll Do

As a BCBA, you'll lead ABA treatment services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder while helping families and clinical staff achieve meaningful, measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations

  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

  • Analyze treatment data and modify programming based on client progress

  • Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Conduct caregiver coaching and parent training

  • Complete treatment plans, progress reports, and reauthorization documentation

  • Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary professionals

  • Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and payer requirements

  • Participate in team meetings, clinical consultations, and ongoing professional development

QualificationsRequired
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field

  • Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility for licensure

  • Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

  • Experience supervising RBTs

  • Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and organizational skills

Preferred
  • Clinic-based ABA experience

  • Knowledge of insurance-funded ABA programs

  • Experience with treatment authorizations and payer documentation

  • Parent training and caregiver coaching experience

  • Interest in mentorship, supervision, or leadership growth
