As a BCBA, you'll lead ABA treatment services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder while helping families and clinical staff achieve meaningful, measurable outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesConduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Analyze treatment data and modify programming based on client progress
Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Conduct caregiver coaching and parent training
Complete treatment plans, progress reports, and reauthorization documentation
Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary professionals
Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and payer requirements
Participate in team meetings, clinical consultations, and ongoing professional development
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility for licensure
Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Experience supervising RBTs
Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and organizational skills
Clinic-based ABA experience
Knowledge of insurance-funded ABA programs
Experience with treatment authorizations and payer documentation
Parent training and caregiver coaching experience
Interest in mentorship, supervision, or leadership growth
