Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)

We are looking for a Full Time Certified Dietary Manager (CDM).

Job Includes but not limited to:

-          Develop and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staff to cover shifts.

-          Train, coach, evaluate, reward, and when necessary, discipline employees.

-          Manage and monitor budgets and revenue services.

-          Assure safe receiving, storage, preparation, and service of food.

-          Prepare cleaning schedules and maintain equipment to ensure food safety and sanitation.

-          Participate in Resident Care Plan Meetings and QAPI Program.

-          Attend Resident Food Council Meetings

-          Support Registered Dietitian duties as needed.

-          Knowledge of Excel and Word

-          Knowledge of food purchasing/inventory. 

Requirements:

-          Certified Dietary Manager

-          1 Year experience in food service management in skilled nursing setting.

-          Evening and weekend availability as needed.

-          Able to lift and carry more than 50 lbs.

-          Intermediate computer skills.
