Home Caregiver Napa Urgently Hiring

Pay and Perks:

In taking this position as a Home Caregiver, you would receive:

• Competitive pay ($20-$23.00 an hour, based on type of shift)

• Flexible schedule (shifts can be chosen to fit your schedule - day, night, weekend, long or short shifts)

• Weekly paychecks, direct deposit

• Paid training

• Paid mileage when transporting clients

• Overtime pay for long shifts and holidays

• Support from local Care Coordinators

• 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.

• Valid driver's license.

• Reliable vehicle

• Current vehicle insurance.

• HCA registration or open to registering as required by the state of CA as a Home Care Aide - we can help with the process

  If you are already registered, we can have you working in just a few days.

Responsibilities as a Home Caregiver:
Provide safety and support to someone who needs a helping hand:

• Mobility assistance

• Meal preparation

• Personal hygiene (toileting, bathing, and grooming)

• Dressing

• Companionship and social interaction

• Medication reminders

• Light house cleaning 

• Running errands
