Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Boomi Enterprise Integration Developer to design, build, test, deploy, and support enterprise integration solutions using the Boomi Integration Platform. This role will play a key part in connecting business-critical applications, APIs, databases, and file-based systems across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with Boomi development, integration architecture, API and file-based integrations, and production support. Experience in Boomi integrations with Workday is highly preferred.
This position requires close collaboration with functional teams, vendors, client stakeholders, and technical resources to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable integration solutions.
What You'll DoIntegration Development & Architecture- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain integrations using the Boomi Integration Platform.
- Build scalable integration processes connecting Workday, enterprise applications, third-party vendors, databases, APIs, and file-based systems.
- Develop integrations utilizing REST, SOAP, SFTP, HTTPS, XML, JSON, CSV, and fixed-width file formats.
- Configure connectors, process routes, business rules, document properties, process properties, environment extensions, and deployment settings.
- Create reusable integration components, mappings, profiles, and decision logic.
- Support unit testing, system integration testing, end-to-end testing, deployment activities, and hypercare support.
- Monitor integrations and troubleshoot failures, data issues, and configuration problems.
- Analyze logs and resolve production incidents in a timely manner.
- Manage runtime environments across Atom and Molecule deployments.
- Implement parallel processing and optimize high-volume data integrations.
- Perform source-to-target mapping, data transformation, validation, and exception handling.
- Design and implement REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Configure authentication mechanisms including OAuth 2.0 and mTLS.
- Publish and manage integrations through the Boomi API Gateway.
- Develop error handling and response-processing strategies for enterprise integrations.
- Collaborate with business teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Prepare technical design documentation, mapping specifications, deployment notes, and support documentation.
- Follow integration development standards, security guidelines, naming conventions, and change management processes.
- Boomi Associate Integration Developer Certification
- Boomi Professional Integration Developer Certification
- Workday Integration Certification or demonstrated Workday integration project experience
