A skilled nursing and rehabilitation organization in the Pittsford, NY area is looking for a motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help lead clinical operations and support a strong nursing team.

Compensation: $100,000–$120,000

The Opportunity

• Support clinical and nursing department operations

• Coach and develop nurses and CNAs

• Monitor quality of care and resident outcomes

• Assist with care planning and regulatory compliance

• Help prepare for surveys and inspections

• Work closely with administration and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Current New York RN license

• Skilled nursing experience required

• Leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of clinical regulations and survey standards

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
