Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement

We're seeking an experienced Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement to lead reimbursement strategy across our skilled nursing facilities throughout New York and New Jersey. This is a high-impact leadership role for a clinical reimbursement expert who thrives on driving financial performance, mentoring teams, and improving outcomes.

Compensation: $200,000–$300,000 DOE

Responsibilities

• Provide regional oversight and support to MDS and reimbursement teams.

• Optimize PDPM, Case Mix, and reimbursement performance.

• Conduct audits, ensure regulatory compliance, and identify revenue opportunities.

• Train and mentor MDS Coordinators and facility leadership.

• Partner with clinical and operational teams to improve reimbursement outcomes.

• Travel regularly throughout New York and New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.

• 5+ years of MDS/clinical reimbursement experience in skilled nursing.

• Regional or multi-site reimbursement experience strongly preferred.

• Expert knowledge of PDPM, MDS, Medicare, Medicaid, and Case Mix.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
