Registered Dental Hygienist

Reston Family Dental Center is looking for a part-time or full-time RDH.

We have the strongest bonus structure I have ever seen for RDH:

All employees get paid time off for the 5 federally recognized holidays.

Then in addition to that we provide anniversary bonuses for all of our Full-Time RDH team members:

12 month anniversary results in 40 hours paid holiday (about $2400 bonus pay for 1st year anniversary)

24 month anniversary results in 80 hours paid holiday (about $4800 per year bonus pay)

36 month anniversary and every subsequent annual anniversary results in 80 hours paid holiday (about $4800 per year bonus pay)

The position were trying to fill is a full-time position with busy schedule.

But we will accept part-time candidates also.

All RDH must wear loupes with mounted lights as a requirement.
