Automotive Billing Accounting Clerk

As an Automotive Billing Clerk at Volkswagen of Corpus Christi, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently posting deals, receipting monies and handling warranty cancellations within the automotive dealership. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded correctly and all deals are processed in a timely manner.

• Bill and post car deals
• Verify all documents are completed and signed properly
• Issue lien payoff checks and submit them in a timely fashion
• Reconcile monthly schedules
• Process warranty cancellations and reconcile statements
• Receipt daily deposit accurately and deposit checks
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded with precision
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies

• High school Diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred
• Previous experience as an automotive billing clerk
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and paying attention to details
• Strong math, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Excel and CDK
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
