About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Hampton Nursing and Rehab, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patients' conditions

• Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatment, and progress

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan

• Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
