Job Summary:

Aspire Senior Living Warsaw is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

• Monitor and report changes in resident status to the Charge Nurse and/or Director of Nursing

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, families, and staff

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to facility policies and procedures
