RN Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery L&D Travel to Boston, MA

Assignment Details
Position: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

• Location: Boston, MA (Zip: 02118)

• Setting: Hospital L&D Unit (9 labor rooms, 2 ORs, 5 triage rooms; ~3,000 deliveries/year)

• Assignment Length: 13 Weeks

• Shift Schedule: 36 Hours/Week, Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), Every Other Weekend & Holiday

Scheduling Expectations
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday flexibility required
• Floating to ICU may occur (stepdown-level patients unless ICU qualified)

Requirements

• Active RN License (MA License required)

• Certifications: BLS, NRP (with all lessons completed and current), and Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) from AWHONN

• Experience: Minimum of 2 recent years of L&D RN experience, including OR circulator experience and previous travel nursing background (high-risk obstetrics experience preferred)

• Key Skills: Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry strips (must pass telemetry test on Day 1 with 85%+), and Epic EHR experience
