Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Washington County, NC

Glow Forward ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! We are committed to helping children and families thrive through evidence-based ABA therapy. • Pay: $22 – $26/hour (based on experience)

• Hours: Part-time

• Shifts: Flexible, based on client's availability

• Location: Currently staffing cases in Washington County, NC (In-Home and in school Services)

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school

• Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA

• Track and document client progress

• Collaborate with families and team members

• Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment

• Active Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) certification (or willingness to obtain with company support)

• High School Diploma or equivalent (college preferred)

• Experience with children or ABA therapy a plus (not required)

• Ability to pass background check

• Reliable transportation for local travel
