About the Role:

• Registered Nurse Nighttime Supervisor (RN): Oversee the daily operations of our healthcare team, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention.

• Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate and effective care.

• Quality Care: Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including therapy, dietary, and social services, to ensure a holistic approach to care.

Responsibilities:

• Clinical Leadership: Provide direct patient care, supervise and delegate tasks to team members, and ensure that care plans are executed effectively.

• Staff Development: Mentor and train staff members to improve their skills and knowledge, and promote a culture of excellence.

• Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of care and services provided.

• Communication: Ensure effective communication with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to promote a positive and supportive environment.
