Responsibilities:
Implement and deliver individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and record data on client progress, using various assessment tools and software
Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other professionals to develop and update treatment plans
Provide a safe and nurturing environment for clients, promoting a sense of security, trust, and comfort
Utilize a variety of strategies to teach new skills and address challenging behaviors
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure a seamless transition between settings
Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and industry standards
