Behavior Technician

Responsibilities:

• Implement and deliver individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and record data on client progress, using various assessment tools and software

• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other professionals to develop and update treatment plans

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for clients, promoting a sense of security, trust, and comfort

• Utilize a variety of strategies to teach new skills and address challenging behaviors

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure a seamless transition between settings

• Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and industry standards
