Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Night Shift to join our team at Canal Pointe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Akron, OH. As a night shift supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents, while also mentoring and guiding our nursing staff to provide exceptional care.

RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff on the night shift, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care and services

• Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

• Monitor and report any concerns or issues related to resident care, staff performance, or facility operations

• Provide guidance, training, and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, staff performance, and facility operations

RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Requirements:

• Current Ohio Registered Nurse license

• Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or related field

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to assess and prioritize resident needs
