Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Dietary Manager:Previous experience as a Dietary Manager or Dietary Director required in a Skilled Nursing home setting
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and dietary regulations
Ability to effectively manage and support dietary staff
