Jim Riehl's Friendly Jeep  in Warren, MI is looking for a Automotive Fast Lane Service Advisor to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry, dealership experience, a strong customer service background, and excellent communication skills. The Automotive Fast Lane Service Advisor will be responsible for advising customers on service options, scheduling appointments, and providing accurate estimates of repair costs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and is looking to make a difference in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Listen to customer concerns and explain services and repairs needed.
• Inspect vehicles to determine the extent of service and repair needed.
• Provide estimates for repair costs and parts needed.
• Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers after service is completed.
• Keep accurate records of customer information, services provided, and payments received.
