Built by operators and clinicians who know long-term care inside and out, NexGen prioritizes clinician sustainability, deep collaboration, and excellent patient outcomes.
No wound care certification yet? No problem. We’ll fully train you and cover the costs.

Compensation: $135,000 – $170,000 (inclusive of bonuses)

What We’re Looking For:
Must have an active APRN license
Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable working independently in multiple SNFs and collaborating with facility teams
Willingness to travel within the state to maintain a full-time caseload of apx 8 facilities
