Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Gentle Rise ABA LLC, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in Dodge City, Kansas. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in transforming lives through evidence-based practices, and we invite you to contribute your skills and expertise to our mission.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and document data on client progress

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Rate: $21 - $26/hour

• Per Diem or Part-Time Available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Dodge City, Kansas

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications:
We are looking for RBTs who:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred

• Have previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children (not required)

• Can pass a background check

• Have reliable transportation and are willing to travel locally
