About the Role:
CDE Consulting Inc is looking for a motivated and ambitious Retail Account Manager to join our growing team in Houston, TX! Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with retail accounts and clients in the Houston market
• Represent client brands in retail environments through direct customer engagement and product promotion
• Identify new business opportunities and assist in customer acquisition efforts
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics
• Participate in paid training programs to develop account management and sales skills
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to develop effective retail strategies
• Track and report account activity, customer feedback, and sales progress

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a professional environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail setting
• No prior experience necessary — full paid training is provided
• Reliable transportation to and from the Houston, TX work location
