We're seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee clinical operations at our skilled nursing center in the Delray Beach, FL area. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced RN who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong clinical teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional care to residents.

Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

What You'll Bring

• Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing setting

• Previous Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing experience is highly preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

• Current CPR certification
