Director of Nursing (DON)

An established skilled nursing center in the Pompano Beach area is looking for a confident and experienced Director of Nursing to lead its clinical team. This is an opportunity for an RN leader who enjoys being hands-on, developing staff, and maintaining high standards of resident care.

Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 annually DOE

In This Role, You Will

• Provide direction and oversight for daily nursing operations

• Lead, coach, and develop the nursing team

• Monitor clinical performance and quality of care

• Promote compliance with state and federal regulations

• Partner with facility leadership to address clinical priorities

• Help create a positive, accountable culture across the nursing department

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license

• 2+ years of nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing

• DON or ADON experience strongly preferred

• BSN preferred

• Current CPR certification

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
