Description
American Traveler seeks an inpatient Speech-Language Pathologist with 2+ years of recent experience for a hospital-based acute care role performing video swallow studies and dysphagia management.
Details
- Inpatient setting located in the main hospital
- Performs video swallow studies, bedside swallow evaluations, and dysphagia management
- 8-hour day shift schedule with no weekends or on-call requirements
Requirements
- Active Illinois SLP license required if applicable
- AHA certifications as required for the position
- 2 years of recent experience in the specialty required
- 2 years of setting-specific experience required
- Cerner EMR experience strongly preferred
- 2 professional references from similar experience (1-2 years) required
Additional Information
- May float within scope to other like units
- Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility with no exceptions
- RTO must be disclosed at time of consideration
